14 DAY TRIAL // Japanese carrier KDDI has just unveiled its entire lineup for winter 2013/2014. Lots of new devices will be available for purchase beginning November, including the LG isai, Fujitsu Arrows Z and Sharp Aquos series.
Aside from the high-end smartphones that will hit shelves next month, GSMArena reports that KDDI will also launch the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Sony Xperia z1 flagship smartphones in late October. No word on the pricing options yet, but we expect that more details will be available closer to launch date.
Back to KDDI’s lineup, the LG isai stands out from the rest. The handset is the result of the collaboration between LG and KDDI and comes packed with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and a stunning 5.2-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution.
Other highlights of the smartphone include NFC (Near Field Communication), LTE and Wi-Fi support, as well as infrared port and 2500 mAh Li-Ion battery.
LG isai will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and boasts an impressive 13.1-megapixel main camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. It will go on sale in aqua, blue, black and white.
Fujitsu Arrows Z is another top of the line Android smartphone soon to hit shelves at KDDI. The handset has been confirmed to run for a full day on a 10-minute charge and no less than 3 days after its battery is fully charged up.
It sports a 5-inch full HD (1080p) display, 13.1-megapixel rear-facing camera, LTE and Wi-Fi support, as well as NFC (Near Field Communication) and infrared connectivity.
The smartphone will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean platform onboard, just like the LG isai. It will also pack microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB) and 32GB of storage.
Last but not least, the Kyocera Digno M is a dust and water proof smartphone that ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and an enhanced 13-megapixel photo snapper.
It’s been confirmed to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, infrared and 32GB of internal memory.
