After quite a lot of waiting and some legal disputes, Double Fine, the studio behind the Trenched action tower defense title, has confirmed that the game will be fully renamed into Iron Brigade and will be released in Europe on November 30.

Double Fine released Trenched into critical and sales acclaim on the Xbox Live Arcade earlier this year in North America, and planned to deploy it in Europe shortly after that. Sadly, due to a trademark dispute with a company from Portugal, this release was pushed back indefinitely.

As we heard before, the game will be released in Europe under the Iron Brigade title, and the North American release will also change its name to allow people from both continents to play together.

Now, after a pretty long wait, the game will finally be released in Europe on November 30, and the American title will receive a fresh update to change its name and add new content, like an infinite Survival Mode with new loot and leaderboard support.
