14 DAY TRIAL // Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, the upcoming free-to-play online card game from Blizzard, has just received a direct gameplay video complete with commentary from its developers who detail the mechanics of the new title.
Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is a bold new project from Blizzard as the studio, which makes blockbuster titles like Diablo 3 or StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, relegated a small team to create a free-to-play online game based on trading card experiences like Magic: The Gathering.
The result is Hearthstone, which was revealed to the world last month and has now received a special direct gameplay video, showcasing a match between a Mage and a Shaman.
The fight is commented by one of Blizzard's developers who explains the different mechanics that power the online game, while showing off how matches can go.
Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is set to appear on the PC and Mac platforms as well as on the iPad tablet. Other platforms are expected to be announced in the near future.
