343 Industries has confirmed that its previously detailed update that tweaks the balancing of quite a few weapons is still being worked on and will be released on June 3 for Halo 4.

Halo 4 received many updates and new content since its original launch back in November of last year, and developer 343 is set to add quite a few user-created maps to its multiplayer playlists via a free matchmaking update next week.

After that, the studio is working hard on finishing the weapons balance patch that will modify how many rifles and even the vehicle chainguns work in the game.

The tweaks will be showcased to certain members of the community but also through different live streaming sessions and on the official Halo Waypoint blog.

There are still some tweaks that need to be made, so Halo 4 fans should expect to hear more in the very near future.
