14 DAY TRIAL // HTC One X, the flagship smartphone that HTC included in its One series, is expected to make an official appearance on shelves at AT&T on May 6th, the latest reports on the matter suggest. The wireless carrier has yet to confirm an official release date for the mobile phone, but an email that Best Buy reportedly sent to customers confirms that.
The smartphone was initially expected to arrive sooner than that at AT&T, but undisclosed reasons appear to have determined the carrier to push it back. Thus, the company’s retail partners are making sure that their users stay informed on the changes.
As Android Central points out, in addition to confirming the said release date, the e-mail also offers a SKU for the AT&T One X.
Chances are that the email was sent by mistake, since no initial release date was offered to those who pre-ordered the handset. Stay tuned for more on this.
