You might be wondering how it is possible that HTC One is already sold out at T-Mobile, though the carrier has yet to accept pre-orders for the smartphone.

Well, it appears that HTC USA decided to start taking pre-orders for HTC One on its official site. Customers can pre-purchase the unlocked version and Developer Edition of the phone, as well as Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T models.

However, T-Mobile's HTC One variant was sold out several hours after it went on sale. Sprint and AT&T versions are still available for pre-order, which makes us believe that HTC only had a limited number of T-Mobile HTC One units.

There's no telling when exactly the smartphone will be back in stock, but T-Mobile customers will probably have to wait until the carrier starts taking pre-orders for HTC One. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
