It should land at Big Red as a mid-range Android smartphone

One of the smartphones that will land on shelves at Verizon Wireless in the not too distant future would be the HTC Fireball, a handset that has just been spotted in the carrier’s internal systems.

Featuring model number ADR6410L, the new device will clearly feature capabilities similar to those included with the HTC Rezound and HTC Thunderbolt, which sport similar numbers: ADR6425 and ADR6400, respectively.

According to the guys over at Droid-life, which got hold of a leaked screenshot of Verizon’s internal systems, the handset might be only a mid-range Android handset, though it should pack support for Verizon’s LTE network.

Although nothing was officially confirmed on this, Fireball might be launched next year, when HTC’s recently leaked Elite will also hit shelves. Hopefully, more info on the matter will emerge soon, so stay tuned for more on this.
