Wireless carrier T-Mobile confirmed earlier this week that the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone would see a slight delay in availability, and it has already provided specific info on the new targeted release date.

According to a recent message from the wireless carrier’s Twitter account, the mobile phone is set to arrive in some stores on May 8, although it was initially set to hit shelves on May 1.

“Select stores on the 8th and all stores on the 15th and it will be $630 [€483],” T-Mobile said, responding to a user inquiry on the matter.

T-Mobile pushed back the online availability of the Galaxy S4 as well, informing users that the device should become available through its online store on April 24.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Sprint is another wireless carrier in the United States to have announced delays in Galaxy S4’s availability, just as TmoNews notes.
