14 DAY TRIAL // Besides confirming a huge patch for Grid 2, developer Codemasters has revealed that a special bit of downloadable content will soon appear for the racing game, which adds a Demolition Derby mode.
Grid 2 emphasized all sorts of impressive racing events, from pure sprints or circuits, to more outlandish competitions like the overtake one.
Now, at the community's request, Codemasters has confirmed on its blog that a Demolition Derby mode will soon be released as an add-on for Grid 2.
According to the studio, lots of fans wanted such an experience, like the one from last year's Dirt Showdown, so they'll receive it for free across the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 in the near future.
Lots more details will appear once Codemasters completes work on the expansion, so Grid 2 owners should look forward to learning more about it soon.
