14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Square Enix working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII already has a date set for the re-reveal of the title, but the current situation inside the publisher means that it cannot share it with the fan base at the moment.
Testsuya Nomura, a director working on the series, has offered the information to podcast Square Enix Merchandise Radio, as translated by Nova Crystallis.
He says, “It’s a delicate situation within the company.”
He adds, “The date for our next reveal is set and we are working toward preparing information for that.”
Final Fantasy Versus XIII was supposed to support the launch of the core game in the franchise years before, but Square Enix has apparently delayed the game repeatedly.
The most recent rumors suggest that it is being prepared for a PlayStation 4 launch under the Final Fantasy XV name.
