The development team at Square Enix says that it is working to fix the access problems that have affected those who are part of the early access program for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn.

In a message on the official forums, the director and producer tells fans that all feedback is welcome and that the team is listening to the player base.

Naoki Yoshida says, “The maximum expected population limit is nearing for each World, and unless the current World simultaneous connection amount decreases, we are unable to open release the limitation.”

Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn is supposed to solve the problems associated with the original release of the MMO.

The fact that it already has issues is not a good sign for its future.

The game launches today on the PC and the PlayStation 3, and Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn is also expected on the PS4 in 2014.
