Dropbox has received a brand new update today that comes to address the lack of features criticized by so many Windows 8 users a few months ago when it first reached the Store.

The new Dropbox for Windows 8 app finally comes with options to upload, download, browse, rename, move, and preview all of your files and photos stored in the cloud, while also providing users with tools to open, edit, and save files from other Windows 8 apps.

The update also comprises improvements to easily get a link to a file, or share it to other apps, while also packing performance improvements aimed at both Windows 8 and Windows RT.

Of course, the app continues to be offered free of charge, so make sure you deploy the update on your Windows 8 device as soon as possible.
