14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Blizzard is launching a new teaser site for Reaper of Souls, the first expansion that will be released for Diablo 3, the team’s action role-playing hybrid.
At the moment, no information on the new content is offered apart from a tagline that reads: “Death, at last, shall spread its wings over all.”
Probably more information will be offered via the new site and Gamescom seems a good opportunity for the team to talk about the core ideas behind the expansion.
Reaper of Souls will be launched at some point during 2014.
Until then, Blizzard will continue to work on porting Diablo 3 for home consoles.
More updates to balance the PC version are also planned.
The reveal for Reaper of Souls probably means that The Dark Below, another recent trademark from Blizzard, is an upcoming expansion for World of Warcraft.
