14 DAY TRIAL // Bungie has just activated the platform selection tool for the upcoming Destiny beta scheduled for later this month, available on the official game portal.
The best thing about it, though, is that each code will grant you not one, but three distinct download keys for the beta, in order to be able to fill the slots for a full fireteam with your friends.
All you have to do now is access your account, navigate to the "redeemed codes" page, and place your selection for platform and region. Note that the region option can only be selected for PlayStation platforms, as the Xbox codes are global.
In case you don't get your codes right away, don't panic; they will pop up on the very same page on the first day of the beta, July 17 for PlayStation consoles, and July 23 for Xbox ones.
There's more, however. The PS4 platform and Europe region combination doesn't quite work yet. Bungie has said that the selection for PlayStation 4 beta codes for Europe will only become available before the Destiny beta begins, on July 17, so if that's your choice, you just have to wait a little bit longer.
Remember that the only way to get into the beta is to place a pre-order for Destiny. The online multiplayer first-person shooter is coming out on September 9, for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 platforms.
