At the beginning of October Electronic Arts was confirmed that a massive compilation of 13 Command & Conquer games (including Tiberium Wars) would be available towards the end of the month in North America. The giant publisher has indeed confirmed yesterday that the Command & Conquer Saga is out, as the single largest PC series compilation to date.

EA's popular RTS franchise has stretched over a decade, spawned over a dozen titles and even now it continues to be the benchmark for the RTS genre. So without further ado, the Command & Conquer games included in the compilation (rated T for Teen by the ESRB), with their respective release dates, are as follows:

Command & Conquer Saga titles:

Command & Conquer (August 1995) Command & Conquer The Covert Operations (April 1996) Command & Conquer Red Alert (October 1996) Command & Conquer Red Alert Counterstrike (March 1997) Command & Conquer Red Alert The Aftermath (September 1997) Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun (August 1999) Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun Firestorm (February 2000) Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 (October 2000) Command & Conquer Red Alert Yuri's Revenge (October 2001) Command & Conquer Renegade (February 2002) Command & Conquer Generals (February 2003) Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour (September 2003) Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars (March 2007)

The latest addition to the RTS series is Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath. The game isn't featured on the list above because it's still in development. "The reaction to Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars has been tremendous. Fans and critics alike appreciated the combination of fast, fluid, and fun RTS game play with a deep story and the classic full-motion video sequences that are a hallmark of the Command & Conquer series," said Mike Verdu, VP and Executive Producer at EA Los Angeles (EALA). "I'm excited that we're able to return to the Tiberium universe with Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath. This expansion has an impressive new single player campaign, a new global strategic layer that adds depth to the familiar Command & Conquer style gameplay, and several fun, all-new toys that range from versatile combat soldiers to giant armoured walkers."

The price on the compilation couldn't be better either: just $49.99. That's 50 bucks for 13 titles, including some of the best RTS games ever developed too. All games are rated T for Teen by the ESRB. Here's the game's official website.
