Video game developer Bungie, currently working on Destiny, says that it has a working relationship with NASA, the American agency in charge of space exploration, although it’s not clear what kind of information the two companies are exchanging.

The team answers a question from fans by saying, “We don’t speak to NASA, they speak to us. We’re pretty star struck, and they continue to be a constant source of inspiration for us.”

Dr. Craig Hardgrove of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory was a guest of Bungie at the beginning of 2013.

At the moment, the developers are offering fans more information on their upcoming Destiny video game and they are promising that dispatches from both Venus and Mars will soon be revealed.

Destiny will be launched before the end of the year and will allow players to explore the galaxy as they seek to battle forces that want to destroy the final human city on Earth, which is under the protection of a mysterious alien force.
