See how players can watch online matches in the new shooter

Battlefield 4 developer DICE has just released a special 14-minute video that previews the Spectator mode system from the upcoming shooter, showing off lots of gameplay footage from the title's pre-alpha stage.

Battlefield 4 is eagerly awaited by millions of fans from around the world, and developer DICE has just started organizing a special alpha test phase this week.

After hearing a few leaked details, the studio has just posted an official video in which it talks about the game's Spectator mode in the multiplayer experience.

According to the lengthy video, complete with gameplay footage, the Spectator mode allows players to watch a player's actions from first or third-person or fly through the level with the camera.

Players can even set up static points on a map and just jump between them at any given time.
