For April Fools Call of Duty: Ghosts developer Infinity Ward has decided to prank players of its recent shooter by renaming the multiplayer modes into all sorts of hilarious things including Pew Pew, Set Up Us The Bomb, or YOLO.

On every April 1, video game developers and publishers find imaginative ways to have some fun with gamers and Infinity Ward certainly flexed its creative muscles by coming up with hilarious names for the different multiplayer modes in Call of Duty: Ghosts, according to NeoGAF.

As such, classic game types like Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, Wolfpack, and more have been renamed into Pew Pew, Set Up Us The Bomb, Wolfpack of 1, Tic Tac Fo', Tags Or It Didn't Happen, or YOLO.

Infinity pulled a similar joke with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 a few years ago and it seems that Ghosts players shouldn't be too surprised with this prank.

Even so, if you're confused about the game types, their descriptions have remained the same, so you can still make a choice about what multiplayer mode you want to experience in Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Expect to see more April Fools pranks throughout the day, as more and more companies are coming up with imaginative ways of tricking gamers.
