Canadian mobile phone users who own a Motorola RAZR XT910 on the network of wireless carrier Rogers can now download and install the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform release on their devices.

The update has already been spotted on the RAZR handsets at Fido, and was expected to arrive at Rogers as well, as MobileSyrup notes.

Starting today, the update is being pushed to handsets as Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, with a nice range of enhancements and new features packed inside.

All owners of a Motorola RAZR XT910 smartphone should be notified on the availability of the update, yet they can also check for its availability through going to Menu > Settings > About phone > System software updates > Check now.

The update should be pushed to all users shortly, but stay tuned for more on the matter.
