Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile has started to deliver the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system to its Xperia S devices in France, a recent tweet from the company unveils.

According to the said post, the first 4.1.2 builds are currently being deployed on the device, yet no specific info on what they include has been provided.

Last month, the company started to deliver the update to some of its devices, including the Xperia P, Xperia go, and Xperia E dual, and also confirmed that the software should be pushed to Xperia S and other phones this month, but no specific release date for it has been provided as of now.
