This article is highly inaccurate, I'll point out 4 very obvious flaws.
First, you quoted the wrong guy, Shannon Larratt said that, not Pauly.
Second, Pauly does not live in Toronto...or in Canada, for that matter. He's from Indiana.
Third, The procedure wasn't done by a company named "Modprom", "Modprom" is an EVENT...it's a PROM for modded people. The procedures were done by Howie from www.lunacobra.net
