sorry to say this but ur a complete noob at cpus. the cpu clock does nothing to do with speed. what u r saying is ridicouls. why would u think 2 huge computer companies are bullding 1 processor when ibm could build it alone. very simple consoles procssors are 10 more powerufl than computers they are made specificaly to do intensivve graphic *mathamtical calculation at highspeed.
fact second most powerful computer in the world is located in cern switzerland were i live and guess what its made out of ps2 processors.
