TuneUp Utilities 2012 has just been launched and sports new features as well as improvements of the old modules. It introduces TuneUp Economy Mode, an option designed to conserve the juice of your laptop making its battery last longer. This option is designed to tone down the power usage for desktops, too.

Program Deactivator feature has been improved and now can automatically enable processes when they are in use and disable them when you do not need them, thus keeping system resources available for the apps you currently work with.

Looks have also been adjusted into a better layout of various features in the Start Center. Accessing the 30+ optimization tools available in the package should be easy and quick.

Launching the program has also been improved, and the package should start faster than the previous edition.
