Onlookers can't help but stare at the block of ice, seem mesmerized by it

The picture above made it online about a day ago. Once posted on Reddit, it caused quite a stir.

In all fairness, few can argue against the fact that the sight of an iceberg's deep blue bottom is mesmerizing, to say the least.

Probably that is why the people in this picture seem unable to take their eyes off the giant block of ice floating in front of them.

Sources say that the iceberg ended up turning topsy-turvy because rising water temperatures caused its bottom to melt to a considerable extent.

As a result, the block of ice lost its balance and eventually flipped over.

Specialists say that, as soon as temperatures drop, the iceberg will start packing frozen water and return to its usual shape. In slightly plainer words: enjoy the show while you still can!
