14 DAY TRIAL // Ever since becoming celebrity spokespersons for Quick Trim, the Kardashian sisters have regularly appeared on the cover of magazines in nothing but their bathing suits, constantly talking about how much weight they lost and what they’re doing to keep it that way. The same goes for the latest issue of Life & Style magazine – except that the pose has been done before, while the interview is recycled, the Huffington Post notes.
The most recent issue shows the two girls back to back, smiling at the camera as they’re showing their beach bodies, which they got thanks to a very wise combination of dieting, eating healthier and working out. Life & Style has also made available excerpts from the interview and, upon some digging, the Post believes it’s the same that the mag ran in September last year. Upon even closer inspection, even the pose the two girls strike is the same as the one they did for last year’s cover.
“Their sister Kourtney graced the cover of Life & Style in a bikini for three weeks in a row in April, and now Khloe and Kim are doing the same. Khloe and Kim strike a back-to-back pose looking quite like they did on the same magazine last September. Again Khloe claims to have lost 25 pounds (over the last year she says now) and Kim talks about how she stays slim without depriving herself. Preview quotes from their new interview can very nearly be plucked from last year’s story,” the Post writes.
“In this week’s Life & Style, Kim is quoted as saying, ‘If I feel like a milk shake, I have one.’ Last year, she said, ‘Sometimes if I feel like a milk shake, I have one.’ This week, Khloe says, ‘Kim will always call me and be like, “Let’s go do boot camp!” and that motivates me.’ Last year, Khloe said, ‘Kim will always call me and be like, “Okay, let’s go do boot camp,” or “Let’s do this or that,” and that motivates me’,” the e-zine further notes.
So far, Life & Style has made no comment as to the allegations of recycling the interview, for there can be no contest that it can recreate the same photoshoot it did months ago if they wanted to. What can’t be denied, though, is that both Kim and Khloe look fabulous, with Kim’s weight loss and toning up being more apparent.
