Such is the case with the new Armorsuit PC-P50, a mid-tower case designed for gaming enthusiasts and AMD fanboys.
The PC-P50 appears to have been specifically built for the latest AMD platforms, as it features a red color theme and the AMD logo. Packing a number of features that will make the installation of a system much easier, the PC-P50 is ready to support AMD's Dragon platforms, using the latest Phenom II processors and Radeon HD 4000-series graphics cards in CrossFireX setups.
The hair-brushed aluminum case features a front input 120mm fan, spinning at 1200RPM and two top 140mm fans spinning at a cooler 1000RPM. For exhaust, the chassis has been equipped with one rear 120mm fan spinning at a fast 1500RPM. The case offers support for a maximum of eight PCI expansion slots, both ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards and comes with a full system tool-less design. According to the manufacturer, the new PC-P50 case is the first chassis in the market that offers a PSU tool-less securing bracket.
Lian Li's PC-P50 case offers a number of additional features, each one designed to ease installation and deliver support for higher system performance. Such features include support for an additional liquid-cooling system, or the integrated, removable top panel, which offers access to two USB 2.0 ports and HD+AC97 audio. The case is expected to become available in stores later this month for prices starting at $240.
