Microsoft will soon debut the new Windows 8.1 operating system, so the company is trying to make sure that consumers pick the right version for their need with a brand new feature comparison for all new flavors of the software.

A table released today shows the available features on Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1 Edition, Windows 8.1 Pro Edition, and Windows 8.1 Enterprise Edition, as well as the new tools that are available in Microsoft’s first major Windows 8 makeover.

You can, for example, find out that the Start button and Internet Explorer 11 are included in every single version of Windows 8.1, while the new Start screen control tool is only offered to Enterprise customers.

What’s more, all versions are featuring 3D printing support, biometric enrollment, Wi-Fi tethering, multiple monitor improvements, and an option to set the desktop wallpaper as Start background.
