Samsung Z240 just got stylish with a brand new case design signed by Vittorio & Lucchino. The special edition will bring its bright red and elegant look only in Spain, for an extremely affordable price.

Samsung seems to have gone fashion crazy over the past period. How else could we explain the fact that the handset producer now works with a large number of renowned designers for bringing out some unique looking mobile phones? After The Samsung Armani P520 model has been unveiled, the manufacturer now turns its attention towards lower end devices, such as the Samsung Z240, by adding the Vittorio & Lucchino name to it.

The mobile phone has little to offer aside from an attractive design. Right since its first release, the major quality it had to bring for its users was that of customizable casing. The clamshell factor and the slim sizes make it appealing, although it is nothing out of the ordinary in its normal form.

Samsung Z240 has a small 2.1 inch internal screen with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels and an even smaller mono external one, for displaying basic information. There are 58 MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for completing it. Surprisingly enough, the phone includes, besides GPRS and EDGE, a poor 3G connectivity capable of bringing data transfer speeds of up to 384kbps. Connectivity is also available through Bluetooth and USB. Moreover, the 1.3 megapixel camera is the basic required to get decent quality captures in the case of mobile phones.

The Samsung Z240 Vittorio & Lucchino special edition will be available starting the 1st of December only through Orange Spain. The mobile phone will come at the price of 60 euro (about USD 85), an extremely convenient one for those looking to have a handset bearing a famous name.
