With a woman as gorgeous as Christina Hendricks pushing them, the items in the latest Vivienne Westwood collection will probably be flying off the shelves. The first ads for the collection in question are out.

The curvy redhead has become the face of the new jewelry collection from the eccentric designer and, as voices online put it, it’s the closest thing to a match made in heaven.

In a statement released to the media (and cited by JustJared), Hendricks sings the praise of all the items in the collection, saying they’re just as funky as they are glamorous and beautiful.

“Vivienne Westwood has always been one of my favorite designers. So it was a great honor for me to be asked to represent the ‘Get a Life’ Palladium Jewelry Collection,” the “Mad Men” actress reveals.

“I admire that Vivienne uses her designs to inspire change and the pieces are just so wonderful. I love that there are dramatic pieces such as the crown and the heart necklace as well as more simple pieces such as the acorn earrings,” Christina adds.

The first two shots revealed show her wearing precisely these two pieces, the crown and the heart, which is meant to symbolize hope.

“As Palladium is a naturally white metal, the pieces really sparkle under the lights and I cannot wait to wear them on the red carpet!” Christina gushes.

As noted above, one promo shot shows her wearing the Roman-esque headpiece with leaves, while the other is with her with the heavy heart necklace.

In both pictures, Christina is wearing low-cut dresses in colors that suit her so wonderfully, rich tones of purple and green, which make her red hair and flawless features stand out.

If Hendricks is thrilled about the collaboration, so is Westwood. In a separate statement, the visionary designer says she couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous and stylish spokesperson for her collection.

“Her style is just so complimentary to my designs. She has proved to be the perfect model for the campaign,” Dame Westwood says.
