Xiaomi recently released two premium smartphones, the Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus, and it seems that the company is working on yet another powerful device. GizmoChina reported that Xiaomi Mi Note 2 might be unveiled in November.

A post on Weibo reveals that the device might come with a dual-curved 5.7-inch display with 2k pixel resolution, and it might be announced in November in China.

The recently announced Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus didn't come with a dual-curved screen, which would have made the smartphones more attractive to prospective buyers.

The Mi Note 2, on the other hand, might be made available in two variants. The Pro version might be running the flagship processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, coupled with 8GB of RAM. The other variant might have just 4GB of RAM and run a Snapdragon 820. However, take this information with a grain of salt, as 6GB of RAM seems more likely on the Pro version.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 might come with a 3,600mAh battery

Both versions are expected to come with the rumored 5.7-inch 2k AMOLED curved display and Force Touch on top. The phone might also have a really powerful battery of 3,600mAh with Qualcomm's fast charge technology.

Rumors also suggest that the smartphone might be coming with a 13MP dual-camera setup on the back and an 8MP shooter in the front for snapping selfies and conducting video calls. Internal storage capacity is said to reach 256GB on the Pro version, but that remains to be seen.

A year ago, Xiaomi launched the Mi Note Pro with some really powerful specs, including a 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor and 4GB of RAM. In addition, it had a 5.7-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.

The smartphone came with 64GB of internal storage and a 13MP Sony rear camera with dual LED flash and a 4MP front snapper. Battery capacity reached 3,090mAh with Quick Charge 2.0.
