This could be the next version for insiders

Now that the PC version of Windows 10 is already available in stable form, all eyes are on the mobile flavor, which, according to various sources, should arrive to users across the world in October.

Microsoft is hard at work to improve this version, so it’s preparing a new testing build for members of the Windows Insider program, which could be released as soon as the next week. In the meantime, the folks over at WindowsMania have published a collection of photos that they claim reveal the yet unreleased Windows 10 Mobile build 10534.

The latest official build for insiders is Windows 10 build 10512, so this new version comes with several improvements, but there’s nothing too exciting, according to what the aforementioned leakers have posted online.

Faster and more stable

This new build is faster and more stable than the last official release, and this certainly makes sense, especially because Microsoft is working specifically to improve the performance of the operating system before its public debut.

“The team was very focused on our Windows 10 release for PCs and tablets, and we needed to do some prep work for Mobile to move to a new branch. I expect the builds to be out more frequently again as we go forward from here. Our major focus on Windows 10 Mobile right now is on improvements to core quality,” Gabe Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, said earlier this month, when he released Windows 10 Mobile build 10512.

At the same time, there are also new SIM settings available in this build, as well as more developer goodies for USB connections.

Needless to say, this leaked build might be the one to be released to insiders next week, and expect many more improvements under the hood, as Microsoft is specifically working to refine the UI and enhance general performance of the platform.
