Windows leaker: Microsoft is likely to make a decision soon

While the whole world’s waiting for a new preview build of Windows 10, Microsoft is hard at work to improve the existing builds internally and correct all the bugs that have been found before the big launch on July 29.

And information provided by Russian leaker WZor, who has until now provided lots of accurate details regarding Microsoft’s work on the Windows operating system, claims that the company is very close to pushing Windows 10 to RTM, as development of the new product is almost complete.

Obviously, this comes as no surprise, not necessarily because we’re getting very close to the moment when Microsoft will finally take the wraps off Windows 10, but also because this matches previous reports which pointed out that RTM is planned for late June.

New preview build coming very soon

Microsoft isn’t talking too much about the final version of Windows 10, obviously because it wants to come with a few surprises on July 29, but insiders are expected to be provided with a new preview build sometime next week.

If WZor’s revealing is true, the builds that insiders could receive early next week might be very close to the RTM version we will also get on July 29, so expect better performance and plenty of refinements made to the operating system in the next build.

Needless to say, Windows 10 is finally coming together very nicely and this isn’t at all surprising because the clock is already ticking on its public launch, so expect the company to accelerate bug hunting in the next few weeks to make sure that everything is prepared on July 29.

Remember that this is just a rumor for the time being and it shouldn’t be taken for granted. We’ve reached out to Microsoft for a confirmation, but the company doesn’t usually comment on speculation, but we will update the article should we get a statement.
