This could be the white version of the new iPhone 8

A white version of the iPhone is something that so many people are drooling after, despite Apple not very keen on bringing it to the market for one reason or another, even though the company already launched a ceramic white version of the Watch.

Until Apple itself decides to launch a white flavor of the iPhone, here comes a series of renders from designer Martin Hajek, who has already created concepts of previous models which in the end proved to be pretty close to the real deal.

These renders are based on the existing leaks of the iPhone 8, so you’ll find the same vertically-placed dual cameras, the bezel-less OLED display and the top sensor bar that you’ve seen in prototype photos and dummy shots in the last couple of months.

Fingerprint sensor embedded into the screen

A white iPhone would indeed look good, there’s no doubt about it, and the designer also gives a few of his personal touches to the device, including silver stainless steel edges around the sides of the phone for a more exquisite design.

These renders also imagine what one of the most discussed changes on the iPhone 8 would look like. Apple is rumored to embed the fingerprint sensor into the display, so the Home button would be completely removed, in spite of reports claiming that the company could move it to the back of the phone.

The back, on the other hand, is likely to be made of glass in order to allow for another feature to be implemented, namely wireless charging, which would work just like on Samsung flagship phones, requiring a charging plate that will most likely be included in the box.

It’s worth reminding that these are just renders and should not be taken for granted, even though it makes sense for Apple to launch a white iPhone. It remains to be seen if the company brings such a model to market in September when the debut of the anniversary device is planned.
