WhatsApp application for Windows Phone devices is still a long way from its counterparts on Android and iOS, but the team behind one of the most popular instant messengers continues to improve it.

To make things easier for users to take advantage of the latest new features developers are bringing to the application, WhatsApp kicked off a beta program for a limited number of users.

The good news is that it doesn't take too long for WhatsApp to bring these new features debuted on the beta version to the stable build.

The same should be available for the latest update released for WhatsApp Beta. According to WindowsPhoneApps.es, the update doesn't contain any new features, but it does bring one important improvement.

It looks like developers managed to remove the loading screen, so Windows Phone users will be able to open WhatsApp Messenger faster than ever.

Basically, the latest update significantly improves the loading speed of the application, so you won't experience any loading or resuming screens.

No visible graphics changes have been made

Aside from these extensive under-the-hood improvements made by developers, there are no visual changes that we've been made aware of.

If our readers notice any new features or tweaks that haven't been mentioned in the article, don't hesitate to let us know in the comments section.

The stable version of WhatsApp for Windows 10 Mobile is expected to receive a major update in the coming weeks, which should include a brand-new UI and many other improvements.

Some new features are likely to be added too, which should bridge the gap between Windows Phone app and its counterparts.

Unfortunately, if you haven't been admitted into the beta, you won't be able to download and install the new version of WhatsApp Beta for Windows 10 Mobile. Let's hope these improvements will be pushed to the stable version sooner rather than later.
