14 DAY TRIAL // Blink and you'll most definitely miss it, but the video below allegedly shows the face of Russian leader Vladimir Putin forming in a flock of birds flying around over New York City.
The bizarre occurrence was caught on film by a woman named Sheryl Gilbert, who witnessed the birds' erratic behavior while visiting New York together with her family and who shared the footage on social media earlier this week.
Now, what's interesting is that, when they first saw the flock forming the peculiar portrait, Sheryl Gilbert and her husband, Gregory West, didn't quite realize who it was that they were looking at.
“Saw it several days ago during a trip and that’s amazing! Can you see the face? Who is it?” Gregory wrote in a Twitter post. “Me and my husband were in NYC yesterday and we never thought this would happen,” added Sheryl.
Well, they got their answer soon enough
Apparently, it was the kind folks over at Russian TV channel Zvezda who first noticed the uncanny resemblance between the figure formed by flock of birds over NYC and Vladimir Putin and who started circulating the rumor that the face of Russia's president had appeared in the sky over the US.
“Look up in the sky! It's a Bird! It's a plane! No It's a Super Putin!” a viewer who apparently shares this opinion commented on the video. “Even birds vote for Putin,” another added.
Other people, however, say it could have easily been some other celebrity, maybe Donald Trump or Marlon Brando. It all comes down to the imagination of each and every individual.
Of course, it might also be that the video is a hoax. After all, birds don't really make the greatest of portraitists. Sheryl Gilbert and her husband Greg West, however, insist that the footage has not in any way been tempered with and that they really did witness a strange face appear in the sky above NYC.
