BitTorrent rolled out a new update for the beta revision of uTorrent client, which brings only repairs to the table. The list of modifications is quite rich compared to other updates.

The developer addressed the problem with storing the version in “\updates” if the installation process is cancelled. On the same note, this build should no longer crash when adding torrents that include empty files.

A different entry announces that the issue with recheck failure with skipped files has been eliminated. If you had trouble associating torrent files, this should be fixed in build 29579. This revision also fixes rollback for clients that crash more than three times.

The purpose with uTorrent 3.3.1 is the silent auto-updates feature, which allows the client to update to the next version automatically, without the user’s intervention.
