14 DAY TRIAL // Twitter has been working on improving the user experience inside its applications on both Android and iOS. Still, it seems that the company has been preparing a new app for iOS, Dashboard, which is aimed at helping businesses manage customers and the community that they've created on Twitter.
Dashboard application is free, and its description on the App Store shows that it was created in order for businesses to manage their customers on Twitter. It allows business accounts to schedule tweets and get access to other tweets that are related to their company. It also helps firms engage more with the community and especially customers.
The application allows businesses to monitor Tweets regarding their brand name so that they could evaluate customer satisfaction or consumer opinion. It also offers insights on their Tweet performance, not to mention that Dashboard includes analytics elements and comes with built-in tips for businesses.
Twitter's Dashboard app is currently in beta testing
Earlier this month, Twitter launched another analytics application, Engage. It's available on iOS, and it provides users with real-time data and insights so that they can understand and grow the number of followers they have. The application displays the most important follows and mentions, while highlighting account performance and audience.
Dashboard is different, in the sense that it allows users to set a custom feed that monitors for hashtags and keywords, like the business name, products and so on. In this way, companies can address matters raised by customers in a more efficient way.
Dashboard also comes with an interesting and very useful feature in the form of Tweet suggestions. These consist of suggestions to retweet posts or tweet information on members affiliated with the company or content related to the market in which the company activates.
The application is currently in beta testing, but it's available for free download in the App Store.
