It was initially launched in Taiwan early this month

We told you less than two weeks ago that Apple quietly launched a new version of its iPhone 6, which we believed was only for the Asian markets. Dubbed iPhone 6 (2017), the phone comes with 32GB storage and it's available in Gold color at major carrier Taiwan Mobile.

Well, it looks like this isn't an Asian affair at all, as Apple's iPhone recently appeared in Europe. A Belarusian blog reports the 32GB iPhone 6 (2017) will soon be available for purchase in the country, but in Space Gray rather than Gold.

The cited source mentions the smartphone will only be available for purchase at the i-Store in Minsk for around $520 outright. It's quite intriguing that Apple has decided to sell the smartphone through one of its official stores since the Taiwanese model is only available via carriers.

As the name suggests, the new iPhone 6 recently introduced by Apple is basically the same device launched almost three years ago. However, as some of you might already know, Apple released three iPhone 6 variants in 2014, based on the amount of storage: 16GB, 64GB and 128GB.

The new iPhone 6 (2017) comes to fill the gap and adds a 32GB model that some customers might be accustomed to. Still, it's rather odd for Apple to launch the same iPhone after three years, even if that's supposed to provide customers with new options.

Although the Belarusian blog doesn't specify it, the 32GB iPhone 6 (2017) might be available in limited quantities, so once the stock is depleted, there won't be any others to buy.

Apple's decision to limit the number of 32GB iPhone 6 (2017) units makes sense since the company is expected to announce new models in the coming months.

So, if you're interested in a small iPhone with a decent amount of storage that's not too expensive, then by all means just go ahead and buy one if you live in Belarus.
