We won’t get a “Friends” reunion movie or even another TV special that would bring the 6 beloved characters together for one last time, but thanks to Taylor Swift, we can at least bask in Phoebe Buffay’s greatness for a short while.

For her fifth and final show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, part of her 1989 Tour, Taylor brought up on stage actress Lisa Kudrow, who starred as the quirky and hilarious Phoebe on the hit NBC sitcom “Friends.”

From the moment both walked on stage holding guitars, the fans imagined that something amazing was about to happen. What they did not imagine, according to reports online, was for Lisa to bring out Phoebe’s biggest hit, “Smelly Cat.”

During the very successful run of “Friends,” Phoebe performed the song quite a few times, becoming her biggest hit. It was also the song that almost made her a star and that got her first official music video.

For reference, the first videos below are with a live rendition of “Smelly Cat” and the music video, as shown on the sitcom. The Instagram and Twitter embeds are of last night’s performance, taken from different angles.

At one point, “Phoebe” even offered Taylor some tips on how to perform the song, telling her she was doing ok but she had “to really feel the lyrics. You’ll get there.”

Did this make you miss Phoebe even more?
