One of the many popular endless runners, Subway Surfers has just received a new update that takes players to another major city while bringing new visuals and content.

Subway Surfers is also one of the oldest endless runners available on mobile devices, so everyone is now expecting developers to announce a sequel sometime in the future.

Temple Run has a sequel and even Rovio announced a second instalment in the Angry Birds franchise, even though a little bit too late.

Until then though, Subway Surfers developers release new updates each month that add new content for those addicted to the game.

This month's update takes players to Australia's major city of Sydney. Player will be able explore the vibrant tracks of the sunny Sydney Subway, while trying their luck to take home the Jackpot Bonanza Awards at the same time.

Unlock the new Wave Rider board

But this is not all, as developers confirmed that players would now be able to unlock Kim’s Dive Outfit and jump right into the Subway fun.

Last but not least, the official changelog mentions that players can now surf for High Scores on the cool new Wave Rider board.

If you don't have the game yet, you can now download Subway Surfers for Android for free via Google Play Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 2.3.3 and up.

For iOS users, the game is available for download for free via App Store. The game should work smoothly on devices running iOS 6.0 or later.

Last but not least, you can also download Subway Surfers for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The game has been confirmed to support all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.

Keep in mind that while the game is available for free, it comes with in-app purchases so if you don't want to spend real money you can disable this feature.
