14 DAY TRIAL // The excellent Steel Division: Normandy 44 strategy is getting a second major DLC, Back to Hell, bring a lot of new content, including seven historical missions.
The pedigree of the developers behind Steel Division: Normandy 44 is undisputed. The people from Eugen Systems have built an amazing game and a truly unique experience, and that’s hard to achieve when you think that everything has been done already.
Steel Division: Normandy 44 is a more than just a simple RTS, it’s a real-time tactical game that really pushes the players to think about what’s happening on the map. The saying that no plan resists the encounter with the enemy is more than accurate, and it’s a pleasure to play something that puts everything else you’ve tried over the years in perspective.
More missions, more fun
Although saying that war is fun might be construed in the wrong way, when it comes to Steel Division: Normandy 44 that’s simply true. With the arrival of the Back to Hell DLC players will get access to Operation Deadstick, Operation Windsor, or Operation Bluecoat, among many others.
The four new divisions that have been introduced are 7th Armoured Division "Desert Rats", Demi-Brigade SAS, 2. Panzerdivision, and Festungs Gross-Paris, as if the game wasn’t complicated enough.
Of course, a ton of new units such as the Panzer IB light tank, the le.FH 16 field howitzer and many others have been added as well.
All of this new stuff will come along a brand new free coop mission, which also features the "Operation Atlantic" historical battle, the 11th Armored Division, 3rd Canadian Infantry, and much more.
The first DLC for Steel Division: Normandy 44 was called Second Wave and also introduced new units and divisions.
