DICE is not ready to offer more details on any of them

It seems that despite the big presence and reveal delivered during E3 2015, developer DICE and publisher Electronic Arts have a lot more details about Star Wars: Battlefront to share in the coming months, including more complex looks at a range of modes that were kept hidden until now.

A user on Reddit has managed to get a look at a big feature list on the Spanish site of the game, which seems to have delivered a reveal sooner than it should, and the big announcement is that the classic Heroes vs. Villains mode will be back.

The experience was first included in Battlefront 2 and is designed to allow teams of players to select the most popular character from the Sith and Empire and the Jedi and Rebel sides of the galaxy-wide conflict.

Each of them comes complete with unique powers and weapons, and the combat tends to take on a very dramatic tone as the heroes and villains are cut down in search for victory.

It's unclear whether DICE will deliver the mode in Star Wars: Battlefront using the classic mechanics, or it plans to deliver a range of tweaks to make it more appealing to gamers.

The reveal of Heroes vs. Villains is a bit surprising considering that gamers will be able to become characters like Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and Boba Fett in the already shown Walker Assault mode by getting a special power-up.

Fans will also be eager to hear more details about the other experiences mentioned: Cargo, Drop Zone and Blast.

Star Wars: Battlefront will not offer a single-player campaign

It's good to see that DICE has created a number of modes for the multiplayer experience in the shooter, considering that they never had to deal with the need to create a single-player campaign, which is being partially replaced by the Survival experience that can be played in online or local coop.

It's unclear when the development team will offer gameplay footage taken from the Heroes versus Villains experience or any of the others mentioned.

Star Wars: Battlefront will be out on November 17 and can be played on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

Gamers will get a Battle of Jakku DLC on December 1 as long as they have pre-ordered, with a major engagement linked to the new The Force Awakens movie, and the rest of the community will play the same content one week later.
