If you’re a Trekkie, now’s your best chance to become a part of the movie franchise that turned you into a fan: if you’re willing to give as little as $10 (€9.13) to charity, you may win the trip of a lifetime to the set of the third movie in the rebooted franchise, “Star Trek Beyond.”

It will also include a walk-in role in the movie.

The “Star Trek Beyond” cast was assembled publicly to create a video announcing the contest, which you will find embedded below. The campaign is a partnership with Omaze and all the money raised will go to several charities.

Idris Elba, whose role has not been revealed to the public but is believed to be the big villain (reportedly a Klingon), also joined the regulars for the announcement. Once the job was done, Simon Pegg, who also handled writing duties, got the party started by breaking into dance.

He’s got some fancy moves, you will see, but nowhere as fancy as Idris.

“Star Trek Beyond” is the first film in the rebooted franchise not to be directed by J.J. Abrams, who’s moved on to “Star Wars” for “Episode VII: The Force Awakens.” Justin Lin of the “Fast & Furious” fame is in the director’s chair for this one, and the release date is set for July 8, 2016.
