This problem only appears on a few OnePlus smartphones, and customers do have the option to return the devices within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Still, this isn't the sole issue that users faced with the OnePlus 3. Some of them complained about poor calibration on its Optic AMOLED screen, a problem that should see a fix in upcoming software updates.

In addition, OnePlus officials have addressed annoyances regarding RAM management, which were surprising, considering that the smartphone's selling point was the 6GB of RAM, but the device didn't seem to make good use of this capacity.

OnePlus 3 comes in Graphite color, and the company has announced that Soft Gold color variant will also be available. Images of a green and red OnePlus 3 have leaked recently, indicating that the smartphone could be coming in another two color versions. However, company officials have shut down rumors and said such color variants won't be released, according to GSMArena.
