“Students and faculty members are being bused to the Douglas County Fairgrounds and can be picked up there. We have no further information at this time,” Douglas County Sheriff's Office writes in a Facebook post.

The shooter is said to be in police custody
Information shared with the public says the shooter, whose identity has not yet been revealed, opened fire in a classroom. As mentioned, at least 10 people were killed. Another 20 were injured and were rushed to hospitals in the area when police officers arrived.
Soon after the shooting, the gunman was tracked down and taken in police custody. Authorities reported the shooter as being “down,” but it's unclear whether this means they were injured in a fire exchange with the police.
Together with canine teams, law enforcement crews are now searching the campus looking for ammunition, fire arms casing and explosives. The search is still ongoing. For the time being, it is unclear whether they've found anything.
Residents, students and faculty staff have been asked to stay clear of the campus until the search is over and the area is secured. In an update, a spokesperson for Douglas County Sheriff's office said the shooter was no longer a threat.
According to pro-gun control group Everytown for Gun Safety, this Thursday's shooting at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, is the 45th school shooting in the US since the beginning of the year.
