The phone was spotted on Samsung China’s website

Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy C7 Pro, as the smartphone was listed on the developer’s website from China. All of the phone’s specs and images have been posted, together with the date when the phone will be made available.

The Galaxy C7 Pro (SM-C7010) is available on the developer’s website in China. The pricing isn’t revealed, but pre-orders for the phone are set to start on Monday, January 16, and there’s no indication if it will be made available in other markets as well. Previous rumors have stated that the phone would carry a price tag of about $404.

The Galaxy C7 Pro features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. The phone runs an octa-core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 625 processor, coupled with Adreno 506 graphics processing unit. The device has 4GB of RAM and features 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. You can add up to 256GB of extra memory by using a microSD card.

The Galaxy C7 Pro has a 3,300mAh battery and USB Type-C

The Galaxy C7 Pro has 16MP cameras on the front and back with f/1.9 aperture. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the physical home button in the front, while the phone draws power from a 3,300mAh battery.

It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box and should receive a software update to Android 7.0 Nougat soon. The phone has Samsung’s Always-On display and supports Samsung Pay. It’s available in Rose Pink, Arctic Blue and Maple Leaf Gold color variants.

The phone brings some design changes, like the three antenna lines at the top and the same lines at the bottom of the back panel. It also has USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a speaker at the bottom. The phone weighs exactly 172 grams and measures 156.5 X 77.2 X 7.0mm. Samsung has yet to unveil the Galaxy C5 Pro.
