Samsung Pay Mini is another unannounced service that leaked

Fans expect many great things from Samsung in the coming months, and it's not just the Galaxy S8 that's going to shine in the spotlights. The South Korean company seems to have a couple of other interesting products in the pipeline, so it's just a matter of time before they go official.

One of these new interesting things, which are also related to the launch of the Galaxy S8, is Samsung's new digital personal assistant, also known as Bixby.

News about Bixby date from last year when Samsung filed for the trademark so it can use this particular name without having to fear that it would be hit with lawsuits.

The handset maker never confirmed the existence of its virtual assistant nor the fact that Bixby will be deeply integrated within Samsung Galaxy S8's software, just like Google Assistant.

However, Dutch blog GalaxyClub reports a new finding that confirms Bixby is something that Samsung plans to announce in the not-so-distant future.

An image found on Samsung's website shows three new services coming from the South Korean company: Bixby, Shopping, and mini. The latter is likely to be a slimmed-down version of Samsung Pay, though we don't know to what extent.

The list of services mentioned appears on a page on Samsung's website called Samsung Pay Beta, so they might be tested as we speak. Obviously, nothing is certain at this moment, but we believe Samsung's new services will successfully go through all the testing.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S8, and probably some other new products, next month at Mobile World Congress (MWC) trade fair, which is set for the end of February.

However, Samsung Galaxy S8 won't be available for purchase until April 18, at least that's what industry sources claim. On the bright side, Samsung might have a limited number of Galaxy S8 units available a month earlier.
