The accessory will be available for purchase separately

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S3 tablet has already leaked in a couple of pictures in the last couple of days, but we haven't had the chance to see the slate complete with a magnetic keyboard attached to it.

Apparently, the S Pen won't be the only optional accessory Samsung will offer Galaxy Tab S3 users, which suggests the slate will benefit from a huge market campaign.

It kind of makes sense because Samsung has delayed the Galaxy S8 announcement by a month, so there's enough time to advertise another product until March 29.

Another accessory for the Galaxy Tab S3 is a magnetic keyboard, which will be available for purchase separately. A press photo of the tablet featuring this optional accessory has been recently published by Evan Blass.

The picture also confirms the tablet will feature a physical Home button and two other touch sensitive controls. The fingerprint scanner will be housed by the Home button, while on the sides of the slate there should be the volume and power on/off keys.

It could hit the shelves in early April

According to the date displayed on the home screen, the Galaxy Tab S3 will be available for purchase starting April 4. However, it's unclear where exactly the tablet will be launched first.

Samsung plans to reveal the Galaxy Tab S3 during its MWC 2017 press conference scheduled to take place on February 26. Rumor has it that attendees will be given a sneak peek at the Samsung Galaxy S8, which won't be unveiled until late March.

The Galaxy Tab S3 reportedly sports a 9.6-inch AMOLED display that supports 1536 x 2048 pixel resolution. The powerful tablet is supposed to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and either 32GB or 128GB of internal memory.

The 5-megapixel camera in the front doesn't feature LED flash, but the 12-megapixel single-lens photo shooter on the back offers this functionality. Also, the slate will run Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box.
