Although we've already had our fair share of leaks related to the Samsung Galaxy S8, nothing as concrete as the following documents made it to the internet.

The full spec sheet of the Samsung Galaxy S8+ has just surfaced online courtesy to Evan Blass. Even though some of the information detailed in the document might have been known to many of us, there are quite a lot of things that we didn't know until now.

First of all, the leak confirms the Samsung Galaxy S8+ will boast a huge Super AMOLED 6.2-inch display (full rectangle) / 6.1-inch (rounded corners) display that supports Quad HD+ resolution.

The smartphone will feature 4G LTE support, no surprise there, but it will not come with a dual-camera setup on the back. Instead, Samsung will include the same 12-megapixel dual pixel rear-facing camera that made its debut on the Galaxy S7/S7 edge.

Maybe some improvements will be made to the processing technology and camera sensor, but that remains to be confirmed. Moreover, an 8-megapixel selfie camera will be present as well, along with an iris scanner in the front.

IP68 certification, but only 4GB RAM inside

As previous rumors suggested, both Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ will feature IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. They will also come with Samsung Knox security solution, just like many other high-end smartphones launched by the South Korean company.

Samsung won't go over the edge with the Galaxy S8+, so the smartphone will pack 4GB instead of 6GB RAM. It will also include 64GB RAM internal memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card.

Wireless charging via charging pad, as well as Samsung Pay are supported too. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the battery, but the massive display will require quite a lot of energy.

The list mentions Android, but nothing about the version of the operating system. However, we can safely assume it will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat on board. The retail package will also contain a pair of earphones made by AKG.
