Samsung Galaxy S8 and its bigger brother, the Galaxy S8+, have been caught on camera numerous times, so if you don't live under a rock, you already know what the phones look like. Moreover, previous reports stated the smartphones would be available in way more colors than their predecessors, the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.

We reported to you earlier this week that the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ could be launched on the market in at least five colors: Black, Blue, Gold, Silver and Violet. Today, we've learned they will be available in white as well.

A new live picture of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ was recently published on Weibo and spotted by AndroidSoul. The image shows a white Galaxy S8 and a gold Galaxy S8+ side by side.

This is the first time we see the flagships in these particular colors, so if you've been waiting for a confirmation that these phones will be available in white and gold, then there it is.

Obviously, some of these colors will be exclusive to various carriers, at least for a limited time, while others might be available in certain countries.

The Galaxy S8+ seems much larger than the standard model

On the matter of size, it looks like the Galaxy S8 will be much smaller than the Galaxy S8+, even though we initially thought the size difference between the two would be almost negligible.

Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to boast a 5.8-inch display with Quad HD+ resolution, whereas the Galaxy S8+ will sport a larger 6.2-inch display with the same resolution.

Aside from that, there aren't any major differences between the two devices. Both come with front-facing cameras and iris scanners, as well as curved-edge panels. Samsung has decided to drop flat panels, so there won't be any Galaxy S flagship smartphone to feature such as display this year.
